Legalization of invoices

Legalization 

 

Legalization of documents issued by Syria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg:

Legalization is done after the legalization of documents by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country that issued the document.

 

Terms of legalization of commercial invoices

 

  1. The original bill was handed to legalization (please do not send the document by mail) and two copies. This is to allow the calculation of the costs of legalization.
  2. Payment of fees must be done in cash directly at the embassy.

Commercial documents and invoices

     Fees:

   The fee charged on commercial invoices that include an amount is set at 1.5% of the invoice value, provided that the total amount does not exceed the level of 10,000 US dollars, equivalent to 9,460 euros, and the minimum is 190 euros.

/95/   euros is the fee for authenticating the certificate of origin and certificates given for a commercial purpose, which does not include an amount.

General rules:

 

  1. The invoice must include the name and address of the importing company in Syria.
  2. The invoice must include an explanation of the origin of the goods as well as on its value and this in conformity to the rules as follows:

Either "the goods specified in this bill is not of Israeli origin and its composition does not matter first Israeli"

Or "the goods included in this bill is totally produced by the country of origin and enters its production any material of another country". It should clearly indicate the country of origin certificate of origin. The word from Europe is not enough (U.S.)

The certificates accompanying the commercial invoice issued by companies in the Kingdom of Belgium or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, such as certificate of origin, health certificates, etc.. ), They must be legalized by

  1. Chamber of Commerce of the region of exporting company and
  2. Chamber of Commerce Belgium, Luxembourg Arab countries located

The commercial invoices issued by companies in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, must be legalized by the Holland Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands.


The certificates accompanying the commercial invoice and issued by companies in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, such as certificate of origin, health certificates, etc..) Must be legalized by the Chamber of Commerce Holland (in terms of Certificate of origin) or by the authority which issued the certificate (with regard to the different attestations accompanying the bill) and then by the Foreign Ministry are in Holland.

 

Certificates to be attached to invoices

 

-         sowing seeds: shall be presented with the certificate of origin a certificate stating they are free of viruses and insects, a phytosanitary certificate and a certificate of non-radiation.

-         medical products: must be presented the certificate of origin, a certificate attesting the absence of animal materials, a certificate of analysis, a health certificate and a certificate of no radiation.

-         fertilizers: must be presented with the certificate of origin, a certificate attesting the absence of animal materials, a certificate of analysis, and a certificate of non-radiation.

-         forage: must be presented with the certificate of origin, a certificate attesting the absence of animal materials, a veterinary certificate, a health certificate, certificate of analysis and a certificate of non-radiation.

 

 

-         food:

 

  • Ø Milk powder, butter, cheese and milk products, the certificate of origin, certificate of analysis, a health certificate, a certificate of non-radiation, a certificate attesting the absence of dioxin and that a certificate attesting the absence of Creutzfeld-Jakob disease must be submitted. These products must be packed in containers and sterilized according to health regulations in force.

 

  • Ø Fishmeal: must be presented a certificate of analysis issued by a laboratory approved by the European Union, which certifies the absence of dioxin. (imports of fishmeal from Belgian origin is prohibited).

 

  • Ø It is prohibited to import chicken fat and chicken meal of Belgian origin

 

  • Ø Regarding the import of chicks, chickens and eggs: it is necessary to submit an invoice, a certificate of origin authenticated by the rules and a veterinary certificate confirming the absence of tuberculosis, salmonella, avian influenza and other diseases.
